Overview: AseZ Wallet is a virtual wallet that allows you to accumulate coins on every order made on Aseztak Wholesale App. These coins can be redeemed on your next order, and 1 coin is equal to 1 Indian Rupee. By using the AseZ Wallet, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Coin Accumulation: You will earn coins on every order you make on Aseztak Wholesale App. The number of coins you earn will depend on the value of the order you place. The coins earned on the order will be credited to your AseZ Wallet after successful completion of the order and the end of the return policy period.
Coin Redemption: Coins earned can be redeemed on your next order. The maximum value of coins that can be redeemed in a single order will depend on the total order value. Coin redemption is applicable only on orders of ₹20,000 or above, subject to the applicable redemption limits set by AseZ.
Any unused coins will remain securely stored in your AseZ Wallet for future use. Coins are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged between users. They have no cash value outside the AseZ Wallet.
Eligibility: To use the AseZ Wallet, you must be a registered user on Aseztak Wholesale App and have a valid email address and phone number. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your AseZ Wallet account at any time without notice if we suspect fraudulent activity or misuse of the AseZ Wallet.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the AseZ Wallet program at any time without notice. Any modifications to the program will be effective immediately upon posting on Aseztak Wholesale App.
By using the AseZ Wallet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
Coupons
Overview:
Coupons are promotional offers provided by Aseztak Wholesale that allow users to avail discounts or special benefits on eligible orders placed through the app. By using coupons on the Aseztak Wholesale App, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Coupon Usage:
Coupons can be applied at the time of checkout on eligible orders. Only one coupon can be used per order unless specified otherwise. Coupons are applicable only on selected products, categories, or campaigns, as defined by Aseztak.
Coupon Validity:
Each coupon is valid for a limited period and must be used within the specified validity date. Expired coupons cannot be used under any circumstances.
Minimum Order Value:
Certain coupons may require a minimum order value (MOV) to be eligible. If the order value does not meet the required threshold, the coupon will not be applied.
Discount & Benefits:
Coupons may offer flat discounts, percentage-based discounts, free delivery, or other promotional benefits. Any maximum discount limit or conditions will be specified with the coupon details.
Cancellation & Returns:
In case of order cancellation, the coupon may be reinstated only if it is still valid at that time. For returns or partial cancellations, the coupon benefit may be adjusted or removed based on the revised order value.
Restrictions:
Coupons are non-transferable and can only be used by the account to which they are issued. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or any other monetary value. Misuse of coupons, including creating multiple accounts to gain benefits, is strictly prohibited.

To use coupons, you must be a registered user on the Aseztak Wholesale App with valid contact details. Aseztak reserves the right to cancel orders or restrict accounts in case of suspected misuse or fraudulent activity.
